Money back within 14 days

When you use the CloudServer service, you can ask for your payment back within 14 days. We will return 100% of the amount paid with no reason necessary.

Conditions for money back:

• The request for repayment has to be sent by email from an authorized address
• The money back within 14 days is only related to the Cloud Server and Cloud Disk service
• The request will be accepted by day fourteen (inclusive) from the service set up
• After returning the payment, the CloudServer service will be cancelled, including any possible backups.

Money back within 365 days

With the CloudServer service we also offer a proportion of the amount paid within up to 365 days under certain conditions. If you are not happy with the service for one of the reasons below, we will give you the amount reduced by a proportional amount for each commenced month of the service.

Reasons for a possible repayment

• provable regular failures of the server's functionality caused by the Provider
• provable insufficient performance of the Provider's server:

Reasons why a repayment won´t be accepted:

• failures of the server which have been planned and announced in advanced
• insufficiently chosen HW parameters of the server by the customer
